We have had a few rough days. After mentioning that Katie and me are sick, Katie just got worse. She was throwing up about every 30-60min and just couldn't keep anything down at all, not even water. She went through a day and a night of this, the next day the throwing up slowed down but she still couldn't keep much down. So we had two visits to the doctor and almost popped down to the hospital as she was scaring the living daylights out of us. She is always such a happy active girl, even when she is sick. But she was just lying, her eyes were almost not even moving and they were all dull, no sparkle at all.
Then to top that off we started to get some fevers which was really tough to break AND then we got some diarhoe.
So needless to say that her birthday this weekend was very mellow as she didn't have enough energy to cope with any sort of excitement.
She is on the mend though. Vomiting and fevers are gone. Still battling with the runny tummy though. But she is slowly started to get a bit of life and colour again.
So she turned two without even realizing, and we moved her party to next sunday instead :)
On the scrapping front, cause I was up till early morning hours cleaning bedding etc, I got a few LO's done.
This one is for Chookscraps and their Book of me challenges. A LO on what makes your 'proud'. So I scrapped about the fact that I at long last finished my Diploma in Freelance Photography this year.
This one is for the TOP50 Cybercrop. We were only allowed to use red papers and red bazzill's. 
And this one for another challenge at top50 where we were only allowed to use blue and white cardstocks and no pp's.
AND lastly for Pencil Lines, using my own sketch wooooohoooooo! toot toot! hehe.
We got a gorgeous box of goodies from SisTV, the box of goodies where very bright and funky, so if that sounds like you go and check it out!

Oh Jolene...so glad Katie is on the mend again...nothing worse than being helpless when your kids are sick...

It's so hard when your babies are sick Jolene :-( I am glad Katie is on the mend, and really sorry you had to go through all of that.
