Lucky Ducky chickie Here!

I have had some AWESOME news this week, and for you to see what it is all about, click on here

It still feels unreal and I'm still in 7th heaven, never mind when my first lot of goodies arrive, YUMMMM! Not totally sure how that happened, but I'm feeling incredibly lucky and mega proud of myself :)

On other scrappy news, if you feel in the mood for a scrappy challenge, I'm running a colour themed competition over at Memories And More. This one is really easy, create a layout using the main colours of blues, greens, blacks and whites and tada!!
There are also tonnes of other challenges from journalling, photo, themed, manufacture, sketch challenges and SO much more, so pop over when you are in the need for some scrappy motivation.

I have also used some Paper Trunk 12" Border Clear stamps on this one, I LOVE that they are 12" so no worrying about lining them up, and there are some gorgeous designs, so get hold of some if you don't own any yet!!

Photos of our recent little getaway too Noosa, was fun scrapping myself for a change hehe.

Talking about Paper Trunk, Carrie has just brought out some YUMMMMMY new additions to her products and these are sure to be a big hit!!! Pop over to her blog to see a sneak peak!

This next layout is for a Monthly Competition over at Scrapbooking Top50 and I created mine from a sketch.

I have done NO scrapping for the past week EEEEK! Not sure where my scrapping mojo is going to, but it seems to be constantly on a holiday. I'm expecting a yummy box of goodies from Scrapbook 'n' Bits this week, so I'm sure that will kick my butt into gear!!

Before I go, I do need to do a quick promo for Sherry Stevenson, she is running a Sassy Technique Workshop from sept10. it runs for a month and you will be able to see and learn 10 new techniques. It looks brilliant and is just such a bargain, pop over to this site for more info

Have a gorgeous week everyone!!

About time hey ;)

Sorry it has taken me so long to update. My camera has gone in for really expensive repairs after an aweful aweful fall! So I have been without a camera and without my camera my will to create has dissapeared a bit, so I have taken some 'time out'.

I did get to create a layout for SnB's CC that finished on friday. It was a 'less is best' style challenge, so of course I found it a bit challenging, but then I do love a challenge so had fun with this one.

Katie's swim school had an 'olympic' theme this week past, which was mega cute. And at the end of the session they all had a medal presentation and got some certificates for their achievements such as 'jumps in pool', 'goes underwater' etc. Katie was just mega proud of herself which was so sweet!! She did however for a second think the medal was chocolate, you know like those chocolate coins you can buy!!?

And a few more shares from our recent weekend away to Noosa, Katie enjoying a carousel, so sweet!

Have a gorgeous gorgeous weekend people!!

Been a while :)

Alot has happened inbetween my previous post.

Not alot of scrapping though argh! BUT we did spend a glorious mini break away at the beautiful Noosa. It was just perfect and relaxing and blissful. Some much needed rest, we were very reluctant to pack our bags and come back to reality!

Anyhows, I'm making this post sweet and short as I have loads of thing I should be doing instead.

Wanted to share something scrap related. I did this one for a cybercrop challenge over at Scrapboutique last weekend. We could choose between a few magazine submission options, I went with trees and 4 or more photos :) Using some Kaisercraft paper that I have had for ages and the gorgeous yummy tree paper from the store where I work in Coorparoo - Stamp and Scrapbook Madness.

And thought I would share some of our photos from our break away, it was just so perfect, Katie slept like a dream, the weather was awesome, the beach water crystal clear, couldn't wish for anything better!

Have a delightful week everybody, I'll try to make sure I pop in some time this week again! :)
